With the winter months ahead once again pre winter checks are very important to make sure your home is secure to the bad weather. Due to the freezing weather the heavy frosts can affect the cement work upon roof elevations. This can cause a number of roof problems to your ridge tiles, hip tiles and gutter systems. On most roof elevations roof tiles slip, some need straightening and putting back into correct position re-fixing taking care of all existing roof tiles as they can become very fragile due to the frosts and the age of the tiles.
